So, wasting paint the other day. and using a 12 gram. no problem with anything, I hook it up to HPA slight hiss coming down the barrel. Im thinking its an O-ring problem. but if it was an O-ring problem, I would have problems with the 12 gram too, right?

yeah I ran another 12g through it which is why it seemed weird. it was a Pure Energy reg on an EMPIRE tank

Huh. Now that IS interesting...were you hooked directly to it or running a remote? I've got an A5 that does the same thing. Hook the CO2 to it, it's fine. HPA; *HISS*

what year is yours?, 2011+?, because I have the pre 2011 version and plugged it in direct for speedball and a remote for woodsball and worked fine. I just hooked the tank directly into the back of the PMI, barely noticeable hiss, wasn't an ungodly rush of air out the barrel. Not going to bother with it, though I am looking into making it stock class legal, scare people a little bit at that point I'll change o-rings. but as its not my primary, ill leave it alone.

sometimes the hpa tanks do not give enough pressure for the older guns and the cup seal is not closing properly because of this and leaking down the barrel.
