How to tell a reg batch vs winter fill .. Valken

Does anyone know how to tell the diff between regular graffiti and winter fill graffiti, fate also..
reason I ask is I picked up some cases and the shop owner said she was told they should be winter fill but she is not %100 sure.....is there a way to tell by the barcode/batch number or anything?? It's cold here in ny and reg paint won't do...

NO idea, Google could help but that would the best guess

As far as I know, Graffiti is graffiti is graffiti. They don't have a special "winter formula" for graffiti, but it IS their winter formula paint.

I can confirm that at Fulda Gap this past year in November that Valken was selling "Winter fill" Graffiti, but I have no idea how you can tell the difference. I actually just used some of the left over paint this past weekend at a magfed event and it shot great :-)

So if you can get your hands on some I would recommend it.

Learn something new every day What I was told by my rep is that they'll automatically switch their Graffiti from summer fill to winter fill around September/October and then back to summer fill around March. They do have machines that run summer fill year around for areas like FL or CA, etc.

They typically mark the SKID of paint (not the individual box) with a "Winter" sticker, but of course, a consumer won't see that.

If you have your lot number, I can find out for you whether it's winter or summer fill!

wow, I didn't know that either! That's pretty cool how they automatically switch it based on the time of year.

Thanks guys! I talked to a rep and was told that they switch the paint ^ like said above , and also graffiti and redemption are the only paint that they sell in full winter fill and that the other paints like fate/infinity are a winter blend...
