rap4 fusion BDU'S
Hey all ive been on the hunt for some new BDU'S as my old woodland bdu's dont work so well here in northern mi. I looked at many patterns acu, flecktarn, tigerstripe, multicam, and marpat woodland. Honestly I believe marpat woodland to work the best in my area. Well I looked at buying a real set of rip stop marpat bdu's the pants where $75 new and the top was $65 no way was I spending $140 on some bdu's im gana trash so the search continued I looked at tippmann special forces paintball pants and jersey way to dark for my area. Also looked at valkens marpat gear much closer to real marpat but still not marpat. Then I found these the rap4 fusion bdu's the closest civilian legal marpat ive found still not real marpat but extremely close the tan isnt quite coyote tan just a bit darker and no marine seal in the pattern..
Now for the review I got this set of bdu's right from rap4 for $62 shipped first let me say this it took forever to get these almost 3 weeks I think they had to sew em first lol..the quality of these bdu's is great double stiched seams water resistant rip stop material 65/35 poly/cotton rap4 fail to mention that both the top and pant r acu cut and also forgot to mention elbo/knee pad pockets they also forgot to mention the velcro for all the patches on the shirt
I am a skinny fella and trying to find some bdu pants that fit proper is a chore but these rap4 bdu's fit great I got small/regular pants and medium/regular shirt they fit great r very comfy and quite tuff ive worn em a few time to the field craweled thru the muck dove thru puddles even wore them on a few quad rides thru the brush I must say these r tuff and almost water proof not quite but close ive washed em 5 times and no shrinkage or fading of colors .the pockets r very roomy I can fit BT 8oz grenades in the lower leg pockets 20 oz tank in the side pockets the front slash pockets r small and shallow on the shirt the arm pockets r bigger than the chest pockets and cant figure out what the pen pocket is for on the left arm . All in all I am very happy with these bdu's and am sure they will last a few years
