Is the grey area smooth? As long as the fibers are not damaged the tank is safe to use. We can repair it for 19.95 but it is a patch and will not look the same.
Get ahold of Ninja paintball, it looks like maybe the was a bubble in the coating and it broke loose. But the only ones that can determine that is Ninja, and if it is a defect, they will probably replace it.
BTW - If you don't use a bottle protector/cover you need to start. It will help prevent this from happening.
