    Guilty Plessures

We all have those little things that we all can't get enough of when it comes to our diets. Me personall, I got a thing for those Little Debbies Strawberry short cakes. I usually get them every other month. I will say that it's not bad as far as an addictive snack item but it still ranks up as a guilty plessure.

    Anyone have something similar?

Mine? Probably beer, although the hearty stuff isn't actually bad for you in moderation - in fact, in stringent moderation the right brews can actually be quite good for you.

Soda is pure sugar. If there's ever one thing that you should remove from your daily diet intake it's soda. My guilty pleasure is of course....CHOCOLATE. I'm not and have never been a candy person but chocolate makes my heart melt.

I recently went on a paleo diet. Which is a caveman diet, consists of water or coconut water, veggies, lean meats, and fruits. No sugars, no carbs, bread, starches. Just plane stuff. I was 211 and after 2 weeks I'm down to 198 with very mild exercise. So it's safe to say the diet alone is shredding weight. Now if I really got off my lazy ass and exercised, I would be where I wanna be 180. I've been meaning to do a thread on my workouts and diet but again, I'm lazy.

Do you have a burger place that you prefer? I'm always on the look out for a good burger.

Being an Oregonian myself, I can vouch for that. It's also the place that my brother, sister and I tend to shut down annually when we get together for Christmas. *cheers*
