Last night I was ratting with some of the guys from Ascendant in L-A, I was late and rather then travel back to BYXF I logged off in space at a safe. So last night, I was quite bored, it was 11:30 and I was about to go to sleep when a Ping went out on Jabber (our alliance-wide chat client) that some Russians were in need of a most ungentlemanly exit from our space. I quickly logged in and got onto voice, there were only a few guys in voice, none of whom I recognized, but that’s ok, our alliance isn’t that small. How do you know EVE is a complex game? After playing for over a year I still don’t know about over half of the major game mechanics and am still finding new utility in the UI. On Sunday my roommate and I took a “class” on Planetary Interaction, done by the Goons PI guru. Like the song says “I’ve got the magic in me” at least once my skills train that is.
